Roller Blind Kits
Roller Blind Kits – Complete Hardware for DIY & Replacement Roller Blinds
Our roller blind kits provide the essential hardware needed to make a new roller blind or replace the operating system on an existing blind.
Choose between a chain-operated roller blind kit or a spring-operated roller blind kit, with roller tube cut to your required size. Chain kits include the chain mechanism, fittings and 1 metre continuous loop chain, while spring kits include the spring mechanism and required fittings.
Both types are also available with a matching roller blind bottom bar, giving you the main hardware needed to build a roller blind using your own suitable fabric.
Can I reuse my existing roller blind fabric?
In many cases, yes. If your existing fabric is still in good condition but the tube, spring or chain-operated system needs replacing, a roller blind kit can provide a convenient way of transferring the fabric onto a new system.
Check that your existing fabric is suitable and measure carefully before ordering.
Can I make my own roller blind?
Our DIY roller blind kits are ideal if you already have suitable roller blind fabric and need the tube, mechanism and fittings to complete your blind.
Choose the operating system you prefer:
Chain-operated roller blind kits provide easy, controlled operation using a continuous loop chain.
Spring roller blind kits provide cordless operation without a hanging control chain.
For a more complete hardware solution, choose a kit including a roller blind bottom bar.
Which size roller blind kit do I need?
Choose a kit suitable for the finished width of your blind. Our roller tubes and bottom bars are supplied to the appropriate length for the size option selected.
If you're unsure which roller blind system or component you need, see our Roller Blind Repair Guides and FAQs for further help before ordering.
Roller Blind Child Safety
Where a roller blind uses a looped operating chain, it is important that the chain is installed in accordance with the appropriate child-safety requirements. Always fit the supplied or appropriate chain safety device correctly and keep operating loops secured and out of the reach of young children.
