Roller Blind Mechanisms
Replacing a Roller Blind Mechanism
Replacing a faulty roller blind mechanism is often a straightforward way to repair a blind without replacing the complete system. Choose the replacement according to your existing roller tube diameter, tube profile and operating system.
When replacing a sidewinder mechanism, you may also need a compatible Roller Blind Chain or Roller Blind Bracket. If the roller tube itself is damaged or you're rebuilding more of the blind, see our Roller Blind Tubes & Bottom Bars.
If you'd rather upgrade an existing manual blind to powered operation, explore our DIY & Retrofit Roller Blind Motor Kits for compatible roller blind systems.
Not sure which mechanism you have? Visit our Roller Blind Repairs & Guides for help identifying mechanisms, replacing sidewinders and diagnosing common roller blind problems.
