Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11 September 2026

Welcome to Blind Parts Hub. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and to purchases made through Blind Parts Hub.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Blind Parts Hub

This website is operated by Blind Parts Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”).

We specialise in replacement blind parts, components, accessories, roller blind fabric and related products for the repair, maintenance and alteration of window blinds.

2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and prices are accurate.

Please check product measurements, sizes and compatibility carefully before ordering, particularly when purchasing replacement components.

Many blind components look similar but may differ in size, fitting or compatibility. If you are unsure which part you require, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help where possible.

Product photographs are provided as a guide. Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Product specifications, packaging and appearance may occasionally change as manufacturers update their products.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation. A contract for the supply of the goods is formed when your order is accepted and processed for dispatch.

In exceptional circumstances we may be unable to fulfil an order, for example because of a stock error, obvious pricing error, discontinued product, payment problem or suspected fraudulent transaction.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for the affected goods.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before supplying the affected product and give you the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling that item for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Available delivery options and charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as significant postal or courier disruption, severe weather or other exceptional circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will assist wherever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Some products, particularly roller blind fabrics, long items and specialist products, may be dispatched directly to the customer by one of our trade suppliers or fulfilment partners. Blind Parts Hub remains your retailer and your point of contact regarding the order.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

6. Cancelling an Online Order

For most standard products purchased online, consumers have the right to cancel their order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable exceptions under UK consumer law.

If you wish to exercise a cancellation right, please contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of a cancellation, goods should normally be returned within 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, the customer is normally responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. You may inspect goods in the same way that you reasonably could in a shop, but we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from a refund if unnecessary handling has reduced their value.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation, including the appropriate standard outbound delivery charge where required.

7. Cut-to-Length, Made-to-Measure & Specially Prepared Products

Some Blind Parts Hub products are cut, prepared or supplied specifically according to the customer's order.

This includes certain:

  • Roller blind fabrics cut from a roll to the length ordered

  • Tubes, bottom bars, tracks and similar products cut to a requested length

  • Made-to-measure or specially manufactured products

  • Other products clearly identified as being made or prepared to a customer's individual specification

Goods that are genuinely made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the normal statutory right to cancel an online order.

Where a product is to be cut or specially prepared for your order, please check all measurements, quantities, colours and specifications carefully before ordering.

Once cutting or manufacture has begun, an order that falls within the statutory exemption for made-to-specification or personalised goods cannot normally be cancelled merely because the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong specification.

This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

8. Roller Blind Fabric by the Metre

Roller blind fabric sold by the metre may be cut from a larger roll specifically to fulfil the quantity ordered.

Please check the required length and colour carefully before placing your order.

Although we make every reasonable effort to represent colours accurately online, differences between screens and actual fabric are unavoidable. Where colour is important, we strongly recommend ordering a physical fabric swatch before ordering cut fabric.

A difference between the appearance of a colour on a customer's screen and the physical fabric does not by itself mean that the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where fabric has been cut specifically to the customer's ordered specification and falls within the applicable statutory exemption, it cannot normally be returned simply because the customer:

  • ordered the wrong length or quantity;

  • selected the wrong colour;

  • no longer requires the fabric; or

  • has changed their mind.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where fabric is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

9. Returns of Standard Products

Where a standard product is eligible for return following cancellation, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate return information.

Where possible, returned products should include their original packaging and accessories. Original packaging is not an absolute condition of exercising a statutory cancellation right, although customers should package returned goods appropriately to prevent damage in transit.

Please obtain proof of postage or another suitable record when returning goods.

This section applies to change-of-mind returns and does not limit your separate rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under UK consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where appropriate and as described.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details.

Photographs may be requested where appropriate to help us identify the problem quickly.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

11. Measurements, Compatibility & Installation

Customers are responsible for checking measurements and product compatibility before ordering.

We provide product information, repair guides and advice to help customers identify and fit replacement blind components. Any guidance is provided in good faith based on the information available to us.

If you are uncertain about the correct component, please contact us before ordering.

Blind parts should be fitted correctly and used only for their intended purpose. Blind Parts Hub is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse or failure to follow appropriate fitting and safety instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Child Safety

Window blind cords and chains can present a serious risk to young children.

Replacement parts and repairs must not compromise the safety of the blind. Customers should ensure that blinds and replacement components are installed and maintained in accordance with applicable child-safety requirements and manufacturer instructions.

Where supplied, safety devices should be fitted and used correctly.

Please see our Child Safety information for further guidance.

13. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed, particularly where it is supplied or fulfilled by a third-party manufacturer or trade supplier.

If this occurs, we will contact you. Where we cannot supply an appropriate agreed alternative, the affected item will be refunded.

14. Website Content & Repair Guides

Information, articles, repair guides and other educational material on the Blind Parts Hub website are provided for general guidance.

Every blind installation can differ, and customers should use appropriate judgement when carrying out repairs.

If a repair involves electrical systems, powered blinds or work outside your competence, appropriate professional assistance should be sought.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including Blind Parts Hub branding, original text, graphics, guides and original images, is owned by or licensed to Blind Parts Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced commercially without prior permission.

Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer protection law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for damage resulting from incorrect installation, inappropriate modification or misuse of a product where the product itself was not faulty.

For consumers, we do not exclude responsibility for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

17. Privacy & Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy or cookie settings.

18. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to manufacturer websites, technical information, brochures or other third-party resources.

These links are provided for information and convenience. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, services or applicable law.

The terms applying to an order will be those in force when the order was placed.

The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws applicable to you.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable consumer law.
