Fix vertical blinds quickly with our step-by-step repair guides. Replace chains, mechanisms, and restore smooth operation without replacing the whole blind.

What Parts Do I Need to Repair a Vertical Blind?

Most vertical blinds can be repaired without replacing the complete blind. The part you need depends on the problem with your blind, such as slats that won't turn, broken hangers, damaged weights or bottom chain, or a faulty tilt mechanism or operating chain.

Common replacement vertical blind parts include slat hangers, bottom weights, bottom chain, operating chain, pull cord, brackets and tilt mechanisms. In many cases, the faulty component can be replaced individually while keeping the existing headrail and slats.
