Our downloadable measurement and order form has been designed to make the ordering process simple and straightforward. The form provides space to record measurements, control preferences, fabric details and additional requirements for multiple blinds.

Customers can complete the form digitally or print and complete it by hand before returning it by email. Using the form helps ensure that all necessary information is supplied, reducing delays and helping us provide accurate quotations.

Before You Start

Please have the following information available before completing the form:

1. Room name or description such as Kitchen. This helps identify each blind on your order.

2. Blind Width - The required finished width of the roller blind in millimetres (mm).

3. Blind Drop - The required finished drop (height) of the roller blind in millimetres (mm).

4. Control Side - Chain positioned on the left-hand or right-hand side of the blind or motorised.

5. Roll Direction (See image below)

Standard Roll (fabric rolls from the back of the tube)
Reverse Roll (fabric rolls from the front of the tube)

6. Fabric Details

Please provide:

Fabric name
Fabric supplier
Pattern repeat information if applicable

7. Chain Colour Preference - Choose your preferred chain finish. (See image below)

8. Child Safety Information. - Measure the distance from the floor to the control chain position (top of bracket). This helps ensure compliance with child safety requirements.

9. Additional Requirements - Please note any special instructions, blackout requirements, bracket preferences or installation considerations.

10. Photographs (Optional but Helpful)

Photographs can help us review your requirements more accurately.
