Somfy x Cruze 40mm Rechargeable Roller Blind Motor & Fittings
A powerful rechargeable tubular motor designed for larger and heavier roller blinds where permanent mains power isn't required.
The Somfy x Cruze 40mm motor fits neatly inside a compatible roller blind tube and uses an integrated 12V 2600mAh lithium-ion rechargeable battery, providing convenient motorisation without permanent mains wiring.
With approximately 1.1Nm torque and 20rpm operating speed, it provides substantially greater lifting capacity than the 32mm version. Manufacturer guidance allows blinds up to approximately 8m², subject to fabric weight, blind dimensions, tube and installation.
Somfy RTS Compatible Control
The motor uses Somfy-compatible RTS radio control, providing access to a wide range of compatible control options.
Compatible remote controls, chargers and smart-control accessories are available separately.
This makes Somfy x Cruze particularly attractive if you want conventional remote operation now with the option to expand your control system later.
