Short introduction

Professional heavy-duty steel corded curtain track, made to measure to your required width.

A robust fixed-profile curtain track for medium to heavy curtains, available for top fixing (ceiling/pelmet) or face fixing (wall/fascia).

Cord operation allows curtains to be opened and closed without repeatedly handling the fabric — particularly useful for larger, heavier or frequently operated curtains.

Unlike an adjustable telescopic track, each track is cut and configured to your required finished width and supplied complete with the appropriate brackets, runners and cord-operated components for your chosen specification.

Choose between standard nylon runners or genuine Integra heavy-duty pendulum runners for heavier curtain applications.

Made to Measure – Not Simply Extendable

This is a professional fixed-profile steel curtain track system, manufactured to your required finished width rather than adjusted using overlapping telescopic track sections.

This provides a continuous fixed track profile on single-piece tracks, without the overlapping running channel found on extendable curtain tracks.

For longer installations, the track is supplied in two accurately sized sections for practical delivery. With paired curtains, each curtain operates on its own track section, so runners do not need to travel across the centre joint.

Corded Operation

Cord operation provides convenient control of the curtains without the need to handle the curtain fabric each time they are opened or closed.

This is particularly useful with larger or heavier curtains, delicate fabrics and curtains that are operated frequently, helping to reduce repeated handling and marks on the fabric.

For longer two-section tracks, the system is configured so that each curtain operates independently on its own section, with separate centre pulley arrangements.

Important – Cord Safety & Floor Measurement

Before your corded track can be manufactured, we require the measurement from the track fixing position down to the finished floor level.

This measurement is required so that the operating cord and safety arrangement can be supplied appropriately for the installation.

We cannot manufacture the corded track until this measurement has been provided.

Operating cords must be installed using the supplied safety components and in accordance with the installation instructions.

Choose Your Fixing Method

Top Fix – Ceiling / Pelmet

The brackets fix upwards into a suitable horizontal surface such as a ceiling, lintel or inside a curtain pelmet/fascia.

Face Fix – Wall / Fascia

The brackets fix horizontally into a suitable vertical surface such as a wall or fascia behind the curtain track.

The correct brackets are included according to the fixing method selected when ordering.

Our standard nylon runners provide smooth operation and are suitable for most normal curtain installations.

Genuine Integra Heavy-Duty Pendulum Runners

For heavier curtain applications, upgrade to genuine Integra pendulum slides. These specialist runners are designed for a smooth and effortless curtain movement, are more durable than the standard nylon runners and are particularly suited to larger or heavier curtains.

What's Included

Each track is supplied as a complete made-to-measure corded system including:

Steel curtain track • runners • overlap arms • operating cord • pulleys • appropriate top-fix or face-fix brackets • required cord-safety components

Bracket quantities and operating components are selected according to the finished track width and configuration.

Curtains and curtain hooks are not included.

Measuring Your Track

Measure the finished width you require the curtain track to be, rather than the width of the curtain itself.

Please enter your exact finished track measurement within the width range selected when ordering.

For this corded system we also require the track fixing position-to-floor measurement before manufacture.
