Replacing the fabric on an existing roller blind or building your own blind?

Our Roller Blind Fabric Cut-to-Size Service takes care of one of the most important parts of the job — accurately preparing your chosen fabric to the dimensions required for your project.

This service is available when purchasing roller blind fabric by the metre from Blind Parts Hub.

Personal Measurement Check Included

We don't simply cut your fabric from measurements entered online.

Before any fabric is cut, we'll contact you personally to discuss your project, establish how the fabric will be used and confirm the final cutting dimensions with you.

This is particularly useful when replacing an existing roller blind cover, where the required fabric width may be different from the overall blind or roller tube width.

If you're unsure what you need, don't worry — we'll discuss it with you before anything is cut.

Buying a Roller Tube & Bottom Bar?

If you're also purchasing a compatible roller blind tube and bottom bar from Blind Parts Hub, we can assemble the prepared fabric onto these components before dispatch.

The fabric can be attached to the roller tube and, where our compatible bottom bar is being used, the bottom of the fabric can be secured using Mylar tape. This provides a neat weighted finish without requiring a sewn bottom hem.

This can provide a convenient replacement cover assembly for an existing roller blind while allowing you to reuse suitable mechanisms, brackets or other components.

Roller tube, bottom bar, mechanisms and other blind components are not included in the cutting-service price and must be purchased separately where required.

How to Order

Purchase your chosen roller blind fabric by the metre together with this cutting service.

Select the number of covers you require. Provide your cutting measurements during checkout.

We will contact you before cutting your fabric to confirm your requirements and agreed dimensions.

Once the dimensions have been confirmed and cutting has begun, the prepared fabric is made specifically to your requirements and cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect customer-supplied information. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
