Our Roller Blind Fabric Cut & Hemmed Service allows you to choose from our roller blind fabrics and have the material professionally cut to the agreed dimensions and finished with a sewn bottom hem.
It's ideal for replacing an existing roller blind cover while reusing suitable components from your current blind.
Personal Measurement Check Included
We don't simply manufacture your cover from measurements entered online.
Before any fabric is cut, we'll contact you personally to discuss your existing blind, the type of bottom bar being used and the finished dimensions required.
The correct fabric dimensions can differ from the overall blind, tube or recess measurements, so this conversation helps ensure we're both working to the same specification before your fabric is prepared.
Cut & Professionally Hemmed
Your chosen fabric will be accurately cut to the dimensions agreed with you and a bottom hem will be formed and sewn ready to accept a suitable bottom bar.
If you're reusing an existing bottom bar, we'll discuss its type and dimensions with you before making the hem.
If you require a new bottom bar or other roller blind components, these can also be purchased separately from Blind Parts Hub.
Do You Actually Need a Sewn Hem?
Not every replacement roller blind cover requires one.
If you're purchasing our compatible roller blind bottom bar, the bar can be attached directly to suitable fabric using Mylar tape, avoiding the need for a sewn bottom pocket.
In that situation, our less expensive Roller Blind Fabric Cut-to-Size Service may be all you need.

How to Order
Choose and purchase your roller blind fabric by the metre, then add this service to your order and select the number of covers required.
Provide your manufacturing dimensions during checkout.
We'll contact you personally before any fabric is cut to discuss the project and confirm the dimensions and hem requirements.
Once the specification has been agreed and work has begun, the fabric is being prepared specifically to your requirements and cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect customer-supplied information. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
